Don’t get me wrong for price room is nice. Unfortunately bed is rock hard 2 little pillows the smell of Marijuana coming through the vents all night. 1 towel between 2 of us. Staff was nice and friendly unfortunately coffee machine not working so not possible to have a hot beverage before bed or when waking up..

Had an amazing long weekend stay at this hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, it was if you were their best friend as you walked in the door. They went above and beyond when I asked for a extra pillow and my partner for a hairdryer (not in the rooms but avaliable free on request). The rooms were clean and modern with a black and orange theme. Spacious bathroom with large shower. The best part about the room was the air conditioning, it was bliss!! Rooms are not the largest in terms of floor space, however this hotel is more for just sleeping so therefore isn't an issue. Would stay again. They also allow takeaway to be taken back to the rooms

The only thing I would say is that the shower head kept dropping as the holder wasn't strong enough to hold it up by its self so you sad to manually hold the shower head.

Only good thing about this hotel is the staff are really nice.
Tiny rooms, so small it’s uncomfortable.
Difficult for two people to be in the room at the same time.
Cleanliness is okay although there’s an extra charge for having your room cleaned.
Air con didn’t work, no window to open so really hot.
No parking, so had to leave the car a few streets away.

Overall. Tiny and overpriced.

Really disappointed with this hotel. I booked this for my mum and grandma and they had one of their worst nights there. Given their age, I thought they would have given a better room. But the room was very very small and congested. You could feel the springs on the bed. And they charge 20p for water!!! Basic necessity. It's not worth paying £100 for one night there.

AVOID at all costs. To be completely honest I don’t know where to start. Upon arrival there was a gang at the entrance. We checked in to the room fine. The room was tiny, it had no luggage space what so ever, was clearly meant for a SINGLE person not a double once I asked if we could please upgrade for my partner I was rudely “told no and that they’re all the same”. The shelves/mirror caked in dirt/dust and baring in mind such a small room shouldn’t be lacking this level of cleanliness…the shower head was broken and was spraying water into the sink area. Winters coming now so it is getting pretty cold and would’ve been nice to turn the heating on a little bit in the morning but no luck there. Myself and my partner decided to go and get a coffee in the late evening and apon arrival to the machine there were no cups or any staff present in that part of the building…after 15 minutes of waiting a lady appeared, we kindly asked for a few coffee cups for the machine (4) as we’d like more than one coffee each and will probably take the other one in the morning to get our drink. The ‘girl’ hardly a woman. Very rudely told us that we can’t have another coffee cup and that it’s ‘policy’ this had baffled the both of us and to be completely honest its shocking and completely unacceptable from a customer service side of point. It’s my girlfriends special day today and had us not been in such high spirits due to this, we probably wouldn’t have stayed so calm about the whole situation. In a nutshell AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Highly suggest to avoid this place. Much much better value from premier inn etc. & quality there.

It wasn't a good stay, okay I would say, rooms are extremely small. There wasn't even any space to put my bags and go in the bathroom. Nothing is provided....... Receptionist was well behaved and helpful though. But the property is not worth paying 90£. Clean though.

I booked two rooms at this, so called 'Hotel' for two friends. Unfortunately one friend was taken ill with covid on the day of the trip. Another friend step in. When arriving at the hovel, my friends were refused entrance as I was not with them, despite their names being on the booking. Eventually they were allowed to share a room together and sleep in a single bed. We have contacted the hotel on numerous occasions, and promised to be contacted. This is now 8 months on and I cannot waste anymore time on these crooks!

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. These rooms are not very private. The bathroom has a glass door, though part of it is not transparent. No soundproofing. Good for single traveller or maybe a couple, wouldn't recommend for a family.
