Perfectly positioned in the heart of Retford town, these clean rooms are great for a stop over. Bar a short walk across a secure coutyard. Manager excellent, very helpful, as are the rest of the staff. Shared bathroom wasn't really an issue apart from the short walk down the corridor to it. A bit noisy as on the high street so need windows shut, but all in all I was happy and would use again.

There were no instructions for either door. There was no breakfast as advertised. The bathroom is shared. The room smelled of ciggies. No one answered the phone when I was locked out. Didn't even stay the night.

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean in a lovely old characterful building. Couldn't fault our stay.

Lovely venue but thats as far as it goes. No atmosphere and you struggle to get a smile out of the staff.
