We stayed here for a couple of nights this week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time of it. All the staff we met were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as you come to expect at a Premier Inn. No frills, but everything you need for a few nights, and clean. Bed was very comfy and we slept well. The self-serve breakfast is good, and I'm sure it encourages people to overeat! I don't know why people don't use the provided tongs when handling the breads and pastries - the tongs are provided for a reason. And it would be nice if parents kept an eye on their kids who I saw rummage through the croissants, presumably looking for a 'big one', and then cough over them. The car park is at the rear, but you need to walk round to the main front entrance with your luggage as there is no direct way in from the car park. And the free wifi did everything we needed of it, including watching streamed video. We used this Premier Inn as a base from which to visit a few of the local tourist attractions, and it served us well. It's about a 15-20min walk into the centre of Fleet where we found a good selection of restaurants, and ate at two of them.

Pretty decent PI, by which I mean that it did pretty much what a PI does, which is what you want. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Large free car park at this one which is great. Breakfast was the self service so fill your boots. Only drawback was the in house restaurant which was small and not very inviting for evening dining so I didn't. Also no outside seating. Fine for what I needed, would stay again.

Room standard good. I could have paid for a further day to enjoy the comfy bed! (Voice i hear is Lenny Henry!) Overhead fixed shower a mistake= designed by men. Reception, as a novice I needed help, then fine. Breakfast quite overwhelming but hotel fully booked. Got the hang of it and enjoyed meal. Sad coffee machine wasout of order 🤔 so, yes it does what you want in a hotel.

This is a fantastic place to stay! I stayed on business my train was delayed need a room at very short notice and the lady checked me in in about 5 minutes excellent customer service. The room was lovely a really good shower and bath and a Tv is also nice with all the channels on it too. The hotel was very quite cannot fault I need to stay here for another time coming up next week a great asset to fleet 😊

Much better than our last experience. Registration machines were not working at reception so we were greeted by a member of staff. Much more personal. Great room on the top floor though some attention was needed for problems in the bathroom

We always love a good Premiere in, and this was no different. Lovely staff and very helpful with supplying us with what we needed through our 5 nights stay.
We had a family room for 4, and one problem, which was quite a big one for us, was that there was no ability to to open the windows, and the air conditioning was not sufficient in supplying the room with fresh air, and for the regulations of rooms with no windows, there where no ventilation. So the rooms windowsill and bathroom was mouldy, and the wood raised and saturated with water. We had to put a towel down in both rooms to keep dry.
5 nights in this, with two small kids, made us possibly ill, as we now all suffer from chesty coughs, as a result of not being able to air out the room.
We did mention it to the desk, and the advice was to turn the air conditioning on, but on cold air whilst not in the room. Which didn’t make any difference.

So watch out for rooms where the windows do not open.

Kind regards

Ideally situated given my requirements. Rooms were of a good condition, clean and of decent proportions.
Very few staff around when I stayed but I did notice a full carpark so only assume the hotel was busy.
The restaurant was quiet when I visited but the food was good and the menu was identical for a Premier Inn not associated to a Beefeater (et-al)
All in all, a pleasant stay and if the need arises, would deffinately stay here again.
