Room was quite small and overpriced but that's London for you plus I booked it the day before for a Thursday evening stay. It was clean and modern. TV was particularly good with no issues, YouTube etc. Can't go wrong really as a place to stay goes if your only using it as a base. Breakfast was only continental but relatively pleasant. The staff were all really sound.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed.

Excellent stay here in this hub hotel. Definitely will stay here again when I'm next in London. The staff were all so friendly snd helpful. The bigger room was perfect size similar to a traditional hotel room. The air con in the room was perfect and the TV was great quality too. Shower worked very well and the room was silent so I had 2 perfect nights sleep. 5 stars all round

Strange.
£180 for two adults, one night.
We were greeted by pleasant staff, a clean lobby and room.
However, the lobby toilets were very dirty considering it was 7am. Overfilled bin with tissues all around the floor and a dirty toilet.

The room itself was very small but clean.
However. The shock came when we saw the all-glass wall and door bathroom. Absolutely no privacy. The whole top is see-through, so if you’re tall and standing, you can make direct eye contact with the person on the toilet. There is also a large gap in the toilet door, further allowing the other person to smell and hear everything going on.
For this reason alone, I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

The breakfast was simple but good. Coffee/Juice, Cereal, Yogurt, Toast, Fruit, Croissants.

Very modern and clean. Service was wonderful, I was always greeted by someone with a smile. First time staying at a Hub - very efficient use of space in the rooms and, as always with Premier Inn, a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good and being able to get a cappuccino from the lobby at half 2 in the morning was excellent. London prices but location is worth it. Would stay again.

I've stayed in this hotel many times and have previously really liked it. It is clean, so central, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The breakfast is simple but tasty. This time I checked in late - after 10pm and as a result was allocated a room without any windows (rooms are apparently just allocated on a first come first served basis). After the first night I asked at reception if I could change and was told there was no space. So, do beware - there are something like 8 rooms with no windows. If you check in late and they are busy - you might be allocated one. Paying over £200 per night for a windowless box seems very far from good value for money - and I'm amazed these rooms aren't discounted. To avoid this, make clear on your reservation that you would like a window, and make sure to check in early so you're not left with the worst rooms.

A lovely clean hotel . The staff are just excellent. On arrival we were met by the lovely smiling Henry who kindly listened to my concerns and who promptly allocated a room on 1st floor . Throughout our 2 night stay -he was always there to help as was the lovely Julia who was very kind in helping store/collect our bags on our last day. Yes the rooms can be small and sometimes the lighting panel in our room seemed to have a mind of its own. ..but I still had such a lovely stay and will definitely return. It was very well placed and is surrounded my many eateries and an added bonus is Free tea and coffee 24 hours at reception. Whats not to love !

My wife and I have just returned from a 3 night stay here and found it to be a fantastic hotel. It is very handy to the city centre, easy walking distance to Oxford Street, but why bother .. the 73 and 390 buses run every few minutes.
Will return. Staff very friendly and helpful. the same buses took us from Kings Cross station too, as we had travelled to London by train.
Continental breakfast was fine for us.

Really cool place to stay! Staff were without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everywhere was immaculate. My room was small and quirky but functional, and I had no issues with noise from the street or corridor. I would recommend, and would happily book again.
