Stayed here and can't say it's the best Premier Inn we've stayed at.
Firstly it was hard to find even with postcode
Service was adequate but nothing special
Room was clean but had to request more towels as only had for 1 when booked for 2
Main issue was the temperature in our room. It was a warm day outside but not excessively on the day of our stay. The room had a fan as they obviously realised but it was a waste of time as gave no respite. When asked staff if they could replace advised nothing else they could do.

First and Last at this Premier Inn
Glad to be back home! The room temperature did not drop below 27.5c, a cheap fan that just stirred very warm air. Windows had child locks, so was unable to get any cool air in. Very noisy as the hotel is just off the motorway, but ideal location if visiting Silverstone Circuit.

The road was closed to the hotel with little information of how to actually get to the hotel, as in request an escort from the road contractor and from which point/location.
The restaurant which was very quiet refused to serve us as we had not booked 24 hrs in advance. So no food and no road open to get to food, so food deliveries can't get in either! Terrible organisation from a management that didn't care nor want to know!

Clean and friendly hotel. Good breakfast and friendly server . Shame the same can't be said for the Green Man pub next door which is the only place to get dinner on the premises - we were stuck without dinner as they had no chef.

Nice and clean room. Good breakfast (not included) although there was some delay to get the hot food out (although we did come right at the start of service). Reasonable price for the rooms.

This was our first time staying in this Premier Inn, and for me the first time in any. We used to stay at a more local/newer hotel just down the road, however as we were able to drive ourselves this time we decided to give this one a try. Although this Premier Inn is "older" compared to the other competitor, the rooms were much more clean and well looked after.

The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly and helpful which made the stay just that much nicer. I honestly can't explain enough how nice and caring they all were.

The rooms were nice and would 100% would choose to stay here again if I had to choose. On this occasion they were much cheaper too!

Unfortunately I will have to compare just a little bit more to the other new hotel, these are only small remarks but would have liked to have seen them.

USB ports to charge phones/tablets etc would help save me bring more plugs, and honestly I was expecting at least one bedside USB. There was only one USB in the room, and that was not fast enough to charge anything in a decent time, also near the desk.

Better TV functionality
The TV software was very restricting. I would have liked to have been able to smartview/cast my phone onto the TV like in the other hotel, but had to source a HDMI cable and use my laptop instead. The TV also seemed to be set up slightly wrong where the corners were cut off, kind of zoomed int too far, this was for normal TV and when using the HDMI.

Better Internet speed
This is probably my biggest negative. The internet speed was worse than ADSL, we would use it in the evening to put on clangers on iplayer for the kids to get them ready for bed and that was really bad quality because of the slow speeds. I understand that there was an option for faster internet for £5 a DAY, however that is extremely expensive, and I'm not sure the internet would have been much faster, because "5 times faster" than we had would have still been poor for todays standard. The cost was far too much and is kind of directed for shorter stay I'm assuming, but I wouldn't have minded paying that for the whole stay. I understand there are many rooms, but considering the property seemed to have Virgin fibre I would expect there to be enough for a faster speed for everyone if it was fully booked out.

Plenty of parking, tidy room as expected although a little squashed together with 2 adults & 2 children. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pub restaurant next door.
