I stayed her the night before and the night of my wedding.
Lovely and quiet. Nice room, good breakfast.
Would use again for sure.

Perfect pet friendly hotel.
Room is perfect - we had two dogs and one cat with us; no problem whatever.
Breakfast was impressive and service outstanding. We will be back.

Enjoyed 2 night stay over weekend. Quaint cottage style accommodation with antique style furnishings adding to charm & character, with modern bathroom suites situated around a sunny courtyard with parking. Lovely comfy beds. Our room could perhaps benefit from a new lick of paint, but family members were staying in another room, which was spotless. Not in central Hemel, but on main road links & just down road from station. Was perfect location for where we needed to get to. Had lovely freshly cooked breakfasts & good variety of continental choices available. Staff were all friendly & welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely bed and breakfast. Nice warm cosy rooms fantastic showers, lovely breakfast which was continental and very friendly staff. Would stay here again. Superb bed and breakfast so quaint and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again loved my visit here. Definitely recommend the boxmoor lodge.

Great friendly staff very clean rooms and they had a bath as well as a shower very nice and peaceful

Always have a comfortable stay here, no negatives to report and would definitely stay again.

Couldn't fault. Check in is a bit odd having to phone to get a room number, but rooms are lovely, well heated, and nicely proportioned. Particularly liked the full English breakfast, although an extra, good value.

Good clean rooms and modern bathrooms with full size baths….
Value for money and very helpful staff.
