Worse stay of our 39 day trip. Reception was extremely cold and unfriendly. The "garden" room was barely big enough for the bed and a small desk. We had the one on the end and you listen to cars on the street. The rain shower was difficult to make sure you rinsed off enough, and the bathroom was so slippery my mom had difficulty getting out of the shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will be making sure to let others I know traveling in the area to steer clear. There are many other options to stay in the area.

Very high priced hotel with less than average room. Service us excellent location good and food good but very expensive. Our "garden Room" had a small front area for the dogs. The room was only just big enough for the bed and desk. The double ended bath would be ok for a couple of four year olds but not enough for me to get both my bum and feet in at the same time. Very disappointed for £240 a night!

RESTAURANT REVIEW ONLY. My dad and I were visiting Loch Ness for a few days, and decided to do the tasting menu. The staff was lovely (Tiff was so great!) and the food was delicious. Very interesting combinations, good portions (for a tasting menu) and beautiful presentations. Really a lovely experience all around. I also forgot to note an allergy in the reservation and they were very lovely about accommodating me (I know huge faux pas for a tasting menu - they really didn’t have to :) ) photos were of my favorite two courses - a tomato butter and fresh bread, and a honey desert course.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Disappointedly only a fixed tasting menu, half of which I could not eat, for £70.00. We rembered fondly the a la carte menu when we visited before. Also £23 for breakfast is steep. Spoiled our visit as we had to hunt for somewhere to eat locally.

Fantastic hotel set in a beautiful part of the Scottish highlands, the food at station road is absolutely stunning and their service is second to none, no doubt you would pay triple the price for the equivalent in London.

This place is outstanding. The service is amazing. The food is incredible (how does it not have a Michelin star?) if you’re looking for fine dining in the highlands look no further. Come here. We had the 8 course tasting menu and it was to die for. We come to Scotland every year we will be back here. Thank. You.

100% would recommend to anyone traveling to Fort Augustus on Loch Ness.

Great Christmas Dinner for the 4 of us on 25.12.2022. In future it would be nice to have a separate Kids Menu as we had to order the full adult menu for them (10, 12) which was just too much
