Very friendly and welcoming staff.
I needed somewhere for a one night stop over, the Famous Bein was recommended by a freind.
I arrived an hour early but the reception were very accommodating and allowed me to check in and put my bags etc in my room.
I had my dog with me which meant there would be some obvious restrictions in the restaurant, but the staff went out of there way to provide me with an eating area for dinner and breakfast where my dog could stay with me.

My room was very clean and well kept with everything that I was likely to need available.

My evening dinner and breakfast were both above excellent, served in good time but not rushed.

I would highly recommend a stay at the Famous Bein, you won’t be disappointed.

My son and I stayed 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The owner Karen was wonderful to accommodate our dietary requirements (I'm vegan and my son is wheat-intolerant) and so kind and polite throughout our stay. Every hall and corridor were spotless. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented, with bottled water, tea and coffee facility always topped up. The bathroom was spotless and provided with many toiletries (although I would suggest bigger bath towels). Breakfast was another excellent experience: polite and professional staff, buffet for cereals and yogurts and cooked breakfast prepared to perfection. On Monday morning, as we couldn't find a taxi to Perth station, the owner arranged for us transportation with their courtesy car. Thank you so much for making our short holiday so very pleasant. We'll be definitely coming back.

Busy with traffic. Rooms were wide and very clean.
We also eat something in the restaurant there but the size of the food was not enough for a grown man. And the bun of my wife was also burned. Breakfast was little overcooked but still full of flavour. That's why they get four stars.

The only complaint i personally have that i think is a must have in any room in a hotel/b&b/accommodation , The main door must lock from both the inside and out so you can feel 100% safe . which sadly is currently not a feature .
Would be very easy to add , even a dead bolt would do.

Good beer , outdoor area is cleared up even though its under cover which is a shame as we like to sit outside rather than in front of the fire .

We often come along after work and walk home however we're not dressed for indoors so really would be nice to even have one table out under cover so we don't dress the place down haha

Just had a lovely roast dinner. Best I've had for a long time. Service was quick and food was amazing. Definetley be back(although wasn't our 1st visit) and definitely not our last!

The Bein would be our local pub, but unfortunately, there is no safe walking route from our house. Having said that, we have had a drink in there a few times, but one of us has to drive. We went there for lunch with friends on the Tuesday after New Year and the food was delicious. Friendly staff, excellent service, and an even better fire! Highly recommended.

Just been here for a meal with my partner. It was absolutely delicious. Large helpings so pudding was a task in itself. Owners very down to earth and couldn't do enough for us. We would recommend this place to anyone as a must try. 10 out of 10.
