The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast was really nice . The spoiler is the mattress in room 4 is absolutely done in and needs replacing straight away. You could feel the springs sticking in your back. Its a shame as its a lovely hotel. My back agrees woke up numerous times . 1 out of 10 for the bed 🛌 😴.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Parking took some finding but nearby public car park gives you 60 hours for free.
Hotel recently refurbished. Good sized rooms and facilities. Great location. Good breakfast.

The staff were extremely welcoming and accomodating- they went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible.
The room was immaculate, and the bed was the most comfiest thing I'd slept on ever!!! Bang smack in the heart of Jedburgh so close to every attraction. Perfectly priced for what you get.

A basic hotel. Room no. 2 was a tiny twin and as such overpriced. Could not open the windows but the shower did work. A limited choice for breakfast but the saving grace was that it was nicely cooked

Very central not the best looking hotel from the outside however, totally comfortable and clean, made to feel very welcome when booking in it just felt like we were visiting a friend, bedrooms have lovely high ceilings which made the room feel much cooler on a very hot day we had a view over towards the Abbey would stay here again when visiting Jedburgh
