We paid £145 per night for a suite. The website said it was supposed to be £200.
Had high hopes but we were quite disappointed. It said room with a view ut there was no view. Also no breakfast and ghey have no parking so its extra £9 per 24hrs for parking. Room was very dated. Paint chipped and marked all through. Bird poo on the windows. Furniture marked. Grout on floor tiles missing. The sitting area was poor and the furniture very dated and bad quality. Headboard on the bed was marked although the bed was comfortable and bedding clean. Carpet dirty. Shower had a black hair on the shower head. It was ok but very poor for even the discounted price.

Absolutely awful, the room was small, damp, the shower room had black all on the walls. Net curtains were dirty. No kettle in room had to go to reception for a coffee. Paid over whats its worth to stay here thought there was also breakfast but there wasn't. Will never stay here again.

I was really happy with my stay here. Tim was a great host and very informative. Room was very clean. Price was very reasonable and the hotel is located perfectly for the beach/restaurants etc. Thank you!

Cancelled for Ironman weekend with no explanation or sincere apology. Avoid at all costs if you want to stay in Tenby or expect at least some level of customer service

We had booked a double room in July for the September Iron man event. When we arrived we found the building closed and deserted. Turns out they had canceled all rooms 2 weeks before hand and decided not to inform the third party booking site we had used. If you're going to allow third party bookings maybe... just maybe make sure you can inform thenn when you're canceling the rooms so that customers don't have to travel for 4 hours to find they have no where to say.

Also hotel manager on the phone said "I don't know what you want me to do, we canceled your room" with absolutely zero care or empathy for the fact it was completely his fault and left us with no where to stay at 4pm on one of Tenbys busiest weekends.

We arrived on the 10/09/22 for a one night stay, to find the hotel closed and empty. After multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I managed to contact the owner. I said that we were due to book in at 3:00 but couldn’t find a way into the building. His response was unapologetic and blunt, informing me that all bookings were cancelled on the 28th of August and their was nothing he could do now. We received no notification of a cancellation from OYO or the third party booking site we got the room through. I hoped we would be able to receive a refund so we could book somewhere else, but we are still waiting to hear back from either side on how we receive this. Nightmare.

My room was dirty, even rubbish from the prior guest in the bin. The grout in the bathroom floor was mainly gone. Towel rack on the bathroom wall was hanging, with a screw pulled out of the wall. The place had plenty of windows, but all bar one were painted shut. There was a hole punched in one wall. Neither of the two (really beat up) desks had a chair. Furniture all very old and mismatched. I at first couldn’t find the place, so rang the number provided to get directions. The person who answered had no English and transferred me to someone else who hung up on me. I figured out later it must’ve been OYO HQ somewhere else. I arrived at 2100 after a long drive to find absolutely no one on duty. I rang the number left at the desk and reached a man who said he would be there in 20 minutes. In fairness, he was and he was very nice.
