Visited Swansea with my wife on a week long vacation and I was so glad we chose this hotel.
1. The location! Absolutely perfect. It was close to most of the places we had planned to visit. Most of them within about 10 minute walk
2. Room: The room was absolutely spotless. Clean ,white, and attractive. We had more than enough towels. Really loved the room.
3. Breakfast: Absolutely delicious. We initially booked for Continental breakfast, we had to upgrade to include cooked meals and it was worth it.

Only downside was the lift that was either too slow , or not working (due to repairs at that time). We had to take the stairs a couple of times.

I'd definitely be staying here again if I come to Swansea again

Rooms were clean and tidy. We booked 2 rooms and were able to get them on the same floor. 1 elevator was being serviced but the staircase was easily accessible. Great central location and there's lots of night life on the street. Breakfast was average but good enough for what we needed. The air-conditioning was appreciated this trip. We would stay here again.

The customer service was spectacular. Specifically from the two gentlemen at the reception named Simon and Daniel. Both very friendly and accommodating. Simon went above and beyond in making sure the were able to accommodate to our prayer times. They were both so friendly and welcoming which made such a positive impact on our stay.

Don’t bother with this hotel. First of all exceedingly high prices. Secondly, I’ve never had a problem at any other Premier Inn however at Swansea city centre good luck trying to sleep as the fire alarm was set off by a random person for no reason whatsoever. No apology received, no refund received under the “Good Night Guarantee” as it’s not covered incase the fire alarm goes off, regardless of if there was a fire or not. I guess anyone can just go around setting alarms off for a laugh and no one can expect their money back although they been disturbed. Thanks for nothing

Pleasant and friendly staff, quiet rooms (up there with the quietest rooms out there), and it's a large Premier Inn. The lift is ineffective so prepare for the stairs or an extremely long wait. Breakfast average at best, lukewarm/cold which was poor. Shower pressure varied significantly but when fully working is excellent. Generally cleaner than other similar hotels.

An exceptional premier Inn... Much better than many I have stayed in b4. I know they are supposed to be all pretty alike bit this one was just so much better.
The rooms were the same but the breakfast was so much better....rather than ok this one was enjoyable. Everything hot, properly cooked etc.
The staff very also exceptional...from the friendly and efficient receptionists to the the restaurant waitresses....So helpful and friendly.
The rooms though basic were spotless and the hallways, lifts etc etc were clean and fresh smelling so the cleaners are also obviously doing a great job

Friendly welcome from the lady on the front desk.
We booked a family room and it was spacious with a double bed and 2 x single beds; lovely and clean. The double was comfy enough, the single was very soft and the pull out bed was fins for a child. There were also spare pillows in the cupboard which I was glad about.
We ordered pizza to the hotel- they didn't seem to mind.
We were on the 3rd floor looking out onto a very busy road, the double glazing works well and it wasn't noisy overnight, there was some street noise anthers are pubs and clubs downstairs but it didn't keep us awake.
There is free WiFi however its not particularly strong.
Only 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups even though there were 4 guests so that was unfortunate as both my kids love a cup of tea.
We paid for 2 adult breakfasts and got 2 kids breakfasts for free.
The lovely lady at breakfast couldn't do enough- there was plenty to choose from on the continental and then you could order an English Breakfast,  this was lovely (apart from the cold soggy mushrooms).
Parking- parked in the NCP that was attached. Upon arrival we were given a £6 voucher however as we had used the app to park we couldn't use it, ideally Premier Inn should have let us know that this would be given upon arrival.
Overall a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.
