Booked a room with a sea view which it had, but the room was slightly smaller than expected. Having said that, it was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts were very nicely cooked and the portions were good. We ate in the restaurant in the evenings when we were there, and the food, again, was very good with a slight twist on some 'standard' meals. There was a good selection at the bar, and the service was friendly and efficient. Would stay again if in the area.

I popped in for dinner on a recommendation. There are some tables with amazing views so book in advance if you want one of those. The setting is fantastic with a wonderful view.

The restaurant/bar area is modern, clean and all in good order. The staff were attentive. The food was very good. Some unusual choices and well prepared and presented and plenty of it. Price seemed very reasonable

I stayed here for work this weekend. I can honestly say this is one of my favourite hotels I have been to in a long time.

Jill and the staff are fantastic they make you feel really welcome and like you are staying with a friend. Rooms are comfy and you'll get a good night sleep. The hotel is on the sea front so you can wake up to views of the ocean if that float your boat.

Breakfast you have to preorder but is great quality, much better quality ingredients than premier Inn ect. Also was really caring about our ridiculous schedules and organised us food outside of regular service times. Even left a note on the door to check in with us.

Big thanks for the stay, hope to see you guys again one day x

This was very pleasant, food was lovely staff very obliging. If only the table on the grass could also be dining, or make the decking eating only. Would definitely go again.

My father in law booked a room for several days and unfortunately he has on set dementia, he was confused and didn't know what he was doing or where he was. He only stayed for one night then came home, I rang and spoke to the manager who refunded me for the nights he didn't stay. He was very helpful and understanding and I would like to say a big thank you for all his help. I would recommend this hotel for their caring and understanding at this difficult time for my family. Thank you again for being so helpful and understanding.

My review does not involve an overnight stay but rather a funeral wake for my dear aunt who passed away at the age of 104! Gill and staff arranged a truly wonderful buffet for relatives and friends and this was at an unbelievably sad time for Gill and family themselves.
Thank you and thinking of you!
