Great hotel overlooking the estuary. We enjoyed the fabulous views and sunset from the bar's terrace area. Our room is spacious and clean with the added bonus of a small patio area over looking the long pond and fountains. A very calming, restful place to sit and relax. The swimming pool is excellent; clean and a reasonable size if you enjoy swimming lengths. Looking forward to trying out the spa tomorrow.

Stayed over celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful, comfortable and very clean public areas. Bonus was having use of the well equipped gym and swimming pool. We stayed in an executive room with river views, well worth paying a little extra for. We had a low floor so had the use of a grassed terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Rooms were spacious, had lovely comfortable beds and had all the usual amenities. The breakfast was very nice and there was a good choice of options to choose from. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend.

Great location, fantastic view, large comfortable rooms and the customer service is wonderful. We were only going to stay one night but decided to stay a second and the staff was instrumental on making that happen. Easy flat walk to the castle. Highly recommend this property.

Really nice hotel, we had a lovely 1 night stay. The hotel lobby was lovely, the bar was also really nice, there was a wedding on when we stayed and so we didn't stay round thw bar area for long. The room was really nice, we stayed in room 273 which was a suite, it was spacious and clean, with amazing views from the balcony. The room has tea and coffee making supplies and a TV in in both the sitting room and bedroom. The bathroom was nice, clean and tidy and had toiletries provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable with warm bedding. Heaters in the bedroom and sitting room were great.
We ordered room service in the evening on account of the wedding taking place and it was very nice, the food was decent, a bit expensive for the quality but it was tasty and arrived in good time after ordering.
Breakfast was also room service and it was brilliant, we were allotted a breakfast time when checking in, the time we wanted we were advised was too busy so we had to choose a later time but after ordering the room service we asked if breakfast was also available and the lady on the desk confirmed we could order this, we selected what we wanted and handed the form back to the desk. Breakfast was really nice and lots of food and really nice quality!!
Spa was very nice and included in the booking price, we had a swim, sauna and steam room. The pool area and changing rooms were clean.
Car parking was good there were loads of spaces, electric charging was available but at the cost if £35 for 24 hours we didn't think worth the price.
We will definitely stay here again as the views were amazing, spa was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Booked through Secret Escapes so offer was Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Upgraded to a suite and was pleased we did. Very spacious with amazing views over the estuary. The place was spotless. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The courtyard area reception area looked very festive with Christmas decorations. Food in restaurant was very good though £29 for three small slices of lamb seemed a tad overpriced however well cooked! My only other thought was that the showers in the bathrooms were slightly basic compared to the quality of everything else.
Overall, though, a lovely peaceful stay in a great hotel. Will definitely return.

Good location, beautiful view across the estuary from our room with a lovely walk into Conway. Cleanliness was spot on with great facilities eg gym and pool. The staff overall were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Bar meals were very tasty, but not that filling ...really needed 3 courses and prices were high...£9 for a glass of wine! Overall a beautiful hotel and spa which we would return to for a special occasion.

We booked this hotel for my wife’s birthday celebrations and from the moment we made the booking to the minute we left the place, we received first class service. At the reservation stage Zoe was great help in finding the suitable accommodation for our family. She gave full description of the room and facilities, this was important to us as we were unable to see photos of all the rooms. The staff at reception were helpful and cheerful at all times and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The bar and restaurant staff were really knowledgeable and helpful and we had a lovely meal at the Al a cart restaurant. The suits are great space for a family with wonderful views and good balconies. We loved this place and will be back soon.
