Really happy with this Premier Inn. Don't be put off by the outside! Friendly staff, rooms very clean, good shower and comfortable beds. What more could you ask for?
We stayed in a Family room - 2 adults, 2 (big) kids and there was a good amount of space. Just one thing to bear in mind - I'd say don't eat at the Beefeater next door - the service was slow and the food wasn't very nice at all. There's a huge shopping place about 5 minutes drive away with KFC and pizza hut among other things - we'd have been much better eating there!

Not bad. Rooms clean and tidy. friendly service. Shower was great. nice and powerful but taps lacked power for cold water only. We were on ground floor too. AC was great, but bit noisy for my liking, as it was humming away loud during night which hindered me from falling into a nice deep sleep. Breaky was good but I found the hot food not so tasty. Overall a 4 out 5.

just returned from a weekend here with a big family group. I can’t recommend this hotel and staff enough. We arrived at 3am and had a misunderstanding with the room. The staff on duty were so nice and couldn’t do enough for us and it continued with the staff changeover the next day. We eat a delicious breakfast in the beefeater and the staff continued to be so nice. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best premier inn I’ve stayed in. The staff were so friendly, helpful & just lovely. Room was so clean. Location is decent, dependant on what you’re going there for. Honestly best stay.

Fantastic stay. Great vegan breakfast options. Friendly staff and lovely clean room. Great for us attending game at parc y scarlets.

Great hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant is also good same again for staff helpful and friendly. (26/01/23) Brilliant service as always. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant and incredible. Very cheerful and always happy to help.
