We haven't stayed there yet, but we are certainly planning too in the near future - we were watching Four In The Bed,may we say your Town House Looks superb, with fantastic first class bedrooms. We loved Charlotte Church When she was young error, iwe collected every Cd Albums she did, we did become disappointed when she started today experiment with her voice & changed. We wish she would continue too sing as she use too, Charlotte always sent goose pimples down our spines with her magical most amazing voice, DO NOT BE DISHEARTENED, you should of one. We will be looking forward too staying with you sometime, keep your chin up, you're great. Best Wishes, Tanya & Mike.

Room 9 was lovely....large with a fabulous en-suite. Very clean, but so hot and no fan was provided and could not open the other window. Noisy, as room was facing a busy road. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was disappointing, however, that might be my fault. I just assumed it meant the breakfast would be cooked when it said 'breakfast included ', but it was just continental. But on the whole, we did enjoy our stay.

Comfortable bed, but the room was a bit tired. Carpet frayed and not quite fitting. Crack in the wall. Shower head didn't stay up. If you're arriving in the rain call ahead as no staff on site and may have to wait a couple of minutes.

Horrible place. Booked for one night for a function in Cardiff. Not sure if the price was due to the rugby being on the next day but i paid £180 for a room with a single bed, blinds that didn't reach the bottom of the window, no curtains, bolt hanging off the wall in the toilet, cracked tv screen and generally worn out surroundings.
They couldn't do a full breakfast the next morning as the rugby was on so we walked to a local cafe, Brava which was superb.
The photos on the website make it look so much better than it actually is.
I felt very sorry for the French fans staying here - their view of Cardiff must be that we rip people off. I'd have felt cheated paying £50 a night for this.
Really don't bother - there are far better places to stay in Cardiff.

Large double room. Big bathroom ensuite. High ceilings. Comfortable bed. Good selection of food for the continental breakfast. Very pleasant stay. Good value for money. Oh, TV in the bedroom is a smart TV with internet access to YouTube and Netflix. Normal facilitate in bedroom ... Hair dryer, kettle, coffee, tea, etc.

Room was dirty, the bin was overflowing, there were cigarette burns in the sheets and the wall TV screen was smashed. Was not satisfied, emailed the management to complain but all emails ignored. Do not stay here! The advertisement of a 'boutique townhouse' is entirely misleading.

My partner and I stayed at this place in October. It was awful. Firstly, it's a place run by a 2/star hotel on the other side of the road. There is no reception and when you arrive, you have to ring a doorbell and wait for someone to come across to open the door and show you your room. The floor of the building is uneven. The room was quite poor. The carpet was broken, the main radiator in the bedroom was not working and one of the windows will not close properly. During the night the room was incredibly noisy, you could hear a loud noise of something like a fan or a boiler. Breakfast was awful, with a very limited choice: packed croissants or cereal basically. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
