I attended for a wedding reception in the rear function room which was a beautiful hidden gem. A lit of my friends stayed overnight and enjoyed the rooms. It was a great function, with staff going above and beyond throughout even when providing a bit of guidance when people were entering the drunken phase of the wedding. Food was excellent and everyone really enjoyed. The coordinator was spot on throughout 👏 I can't comment personally on the rooms, but review star options don't give you an n/a option... it's tucked back on high street and just keeps going back with other own large car parks. Lots of good disabled facilities, parking etc as well

Basic, comfortable hotel. I have stayed there three times now and would stay again. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Good value.

We have stayed here on five previous occasions, great location with easy access to town. Clean rooms with new furniture. General facilities very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

The best thing about the Emlyn hotel was the staff. I've stayed in many hotels but none of them comes close to the attentiveness and warmth we received from all of the staff. I would visit again just to see them! Good location with pubs serving food very close by.

We had the bridal suite for the evening of our wedding. It was beautiful, very clean. Bed was comfy. Nice, large, sized room. Couldn't get the shower to run hot water, but used the big bathtub instead for a relaxing bath.

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.
Situated on the High Street, which is quite rundown, unfortunately, however, there are some nice walks nearby along the river being one of them.

The room had a couple of issues, a very slow running bath, a bath plug not affective. The mattress was uncomftable.

Myself and my parents stayed here for one night to attend a funeral for my uncle who lived local - The evening barman , housekeeper … “Manwell” was extremely helpful and polite.
The general upkeep of the building given its age was good credit to his hard work here.
You are a stones throw from some beautiful walks in the area, which we did.
The garden attached was well maintained l, given the time of year being extremely wet there was not sign of mud … with a view of the river from it also.

Would recommend to those staying in the area.

Thank you 👍👍
