Heritage Park Hotel

Went here for a wake. The room we spent our afternoon in was fine. Food was acceptable. Chairs are a bit rickety probably time to renew them. In general it seems like a decent place but be prepared to pay unreasonably high prices at the bar 😡

We had our wedding at the heritage park Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Natasha the wedding planner is lovely and incredibly reassuring and was always available for any queries. There was a particular gentleman unfortunately I do not know his name who worked the entire day who was an absolute super star! The food was outstanding and we received excellent service all day. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding 😊

Excellent team of Staff, Sara and Kate on Reception were extremely helpful. Waiting on staff were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean but are in need of some maintenance, example chipped enamel on the bath, mold growing and pushing sealants away from taps etc ...

We spent 2 nights for a wedding in a room with twin beds. The resturant food was amazing, great chef. The staff were so attentive, not too over baring to the wedding party. Easy to charge food and drinks to the room. Did not have time to use the gym. Only niggle was when entering the room off the main road it smelt damp. The hotels greatest assets are its staff. Each department worked hard to ensure everyone was catered for. Nothing was too much effort. The bar area was cosy. I would recommend booking for events or staying here for a nice break.

Went for a birthday meal with friends and was very disappointed. Had whitebait to start which was lovely then had chefs fish of the day which was very disappointing. A small finger of salmon which you can buy in any local supermarket, usually its something much nicer in a finer restaurant. Did complain to the waitress but she didn't seem bothered. Will not be returning any time soon.

Myself and my husband got married here 25th November 2022. We booked the wedding with only 5 months notice and nothing was too much trouble. We sent countless emails, some of which were essays. Sorry again Natasha!! Anytime we wanted a meeting, Natasha was on hand with help and advice.

The day itself was perfect and both ourselves and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the day and evening. Some of our guests had special dietary requirements and the chef adapted the menu to accommodate these with no issues. This was really appreciated as these guests didn't feel singled out or excluded for having allergies. Thank you once again for this.

Approx. 15 rooms were booked by our guests and everyone complimented the rooms and breakfast the following morning.

We are very pleased that we chose The Heritage Park Hotel for our wedding and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere to have their whole Wedding Day. We look forward to celebrating our 1st Anniversary with you.

We went to the Heritage Park for a meal. The food was very nice. However, the menu stated "Blade of beef" yet it was more like a sliver. There was very little Christmas decorations, no Christmas music, no ambiance. One of the staff was obviously not in a good mood and this did not help the less than festive feeling.
We would definitely not consider returning for a Christmas meal, if at all any.

Sara went above and beyond to make our stay amazing for my sons engagement party. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Rooms were beautiful. The venue is stunning .
