Beautiful location, stunning views. We stayed here for the night after an 8 hour drive prior to a ferry crossing and enjoyed it a lot.

We used the spa at 8am and it was very quiet which was nice. The spa itself has a nice feel.

Restaurant was fine, again great views, the food wasn't jaw dropping but was more than adequate.

Staff were pleasant and polite.

All in all a lovely stay.

Really love this place, totally amazing views and great location for the sophisticated traveller. Experienced the spa and restaurant. Great dining and lounging areas inside and out. Even dog friendly. Perfect place for weddings. Hope to experience the rooms soon.

Lovely stay, in a beautiful location looking out over the bay, staff were all lovely and went out their way to be helpful. Prices were reasonable in the bar and the old fashioneds were great.

Food was good for dinner, again decent pricing. Breakfast was excellent, buffet with lovely thick bacon and everything else you'd want from continental and cooked.

Rooms were comfortable, if not a little small, well kitted out. Beds comfortable.

The hotel has superb views and some of the rooms are really lovely; others felt a bit dated for the price. The spa is really nice and the treatments were top notch.
However, we had to call room service as one of our rooms had not been properly cleaned. As a party we were told our rooms were together and they were on separate sides of the hotel and even though we were moved we were still on the wrong side to our friends.
The restaurant is well positioned and the food was reasonably priced as were the drinks for this type of hotel.
The service fell well below what I expect for a 4 star hotel though.

I didn't stay here. I came for dinner in the restaurant. The sun was starting to set and lots of people were sitting outside on the balcony watching the dolphins in the bay. Service was attentive and the selection of food was good. Had a really tasty main course and an incredibly delicious dessert. Afterwards went to the downstairs bar which had comfy seating. Walked outside to the gardens over looking Poppet Sands to the left and Cardigan Island to the right. Fire pits were set up at different tables and the whole place had a friendly and welcoming vibe.

Nicest place I have ever stayed in the UK…and I have stayed at many.

I enjoyed just about every aspect of my stay. The hotel has been recently refurbished so almost everything is new and modern. The room was nicely sized with a very comfortable bed. The staff all were helpful and attentive. And every meal I had was of excellent quality. This and it is set on a beautiful setting overlooking the sea and cliffs. It may take a bit to get here but it is well worth it. And to top it all off it was very reasonably priced.

I travel to the UK often and have stayed all over the country in a wide range of places and I objectively have to say this has been the best.

We only visited for lunch overlooking the bay from the lunch area, which was very nice. Lunch was served hot and good overall. Service was quick and good. It was busy during lunch. There were outside seating too with amazing views. Car park was huge with many spaces. Lovely walk beside the hotel along the cliff.

The best hotel in West Wales. Beautiful rooms, and the views from the lounge area was breath taking. Best breakfast so far. Everything was fresh and i loved the pots of fruit which were kept in the fridge. Enjoyed the spa, which you have to book as its so popular. Will be back in 2023.
