The bed was comfy, the room was clean. Breakfast was very nice and there was enough to choose from. The atmosphere was great, nice staff and lovely people. The pizza's and the fish and chips were amazing.

Looks like a small country inn from the front but has this massive back yard. Food is outstanding with large serves - baked Camembert, fried school fish with fresh tasty sauce and garnish; huge chicken caesar. Super friendly staff. Would love to stay here tonight but we’re just passing through.

Popped in for food, possibly the best burger I've had! Freshly prepared and the bacon was perfectly cooked - a lovely, juicy, delicious burger

Service was excellent with a good selection quality beverages sadly let itself down with extremely tough and fatty beef at sunday lunch. The lamb is excellent though!

Recently stayed the night as a solo traveller. A friendly welcome, excellent clean room, with a bonus of hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee in the room, and a nice shower albeit not as powerful as I would like. I had a fab 3 course meal in the pub, a very tasty burger and a nice selection of ales. Breakfast was continental style which filled me up to go walking in the mountains so I was more than happy.

Very nicely cooked food, with more-than-big-enough portions. Plus good beer, friendly and efficient service, and easy parking when we visited. Let down, just a bit, by an unimaginative vege selection. Still, this is a good place to visit for a well-prepared and filling meal.

Lovely food which was well presented. Beautifully cooked. Hospitality was great and people very friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean.Would recommend 👌
