Best B & B ever. I have to say that I thought the OYO Pier hotel would be like any other hotel, but it wasn't. I met the owner when I arrived and he was very chatty. Gave me loads of information and was first class. The bed was very comfy and the room spacious. The bathroom was a good size and there was a bath in it, which was great after getting back with sore feet. The breakfast was laid out in a comfortable area. The food looked great. There was everything you could ask for in a Continental breakfast and more. The fruit looked delicious and the toast was from a Bloomer. We have stayed in the Bellagio in Las Vegas and haven't received as good a customer service as we received at this hotel. Just wanted to say thanks to Wayne for a very comfortable stay and because of the treatment we had, we have decided to come back to Rhyl for a short vacation at some point. We will certainly be booking this hotel.. Seagulls.

wash basinthe property was great, well organised and covid safe & spotlessly clean , and the gentleman on reception is lovely. breakfast was continental due to covid, but very pleasant, location was central. we had a lovely couple of days. .the only thing i didnu2019t like was having no washbasin or mirror in the shower room - the wash basin was located in the main room, so we couldnu2019t freshen up or brush our teeth in private.

perfect stayjust left from a night away, start to finsh was pretty much perfect. the owners are welcoming, helpful, chatty and overall really nice people. everything is spotless, cleaned to a high standard, had everything we needed in the room. breakfast is a continental put in your fridge ready for the morning with a range off croissants, fruit, biscuits, juice, cereal, milk, yogurts and cakes. very generous, i really have nothing bad to say and will most defo be returning. thankyou for a great welcoming stay.

We only booked for one night but what a fab place. Nothing was too much trouble for either of the owners. Advised all about the covid measures in place. Gave us a continental style breakfast to take to our room. Plenty to choose from. Rooms were very nice and clean. Fridge in our room. Allowed us to take food into our room. Sat outside with us and a few other guests, which was lovely, such a funny couple. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks very much guys and keep up your superb work. X x

for the price it's a bargain - great hosts - but the building itself needs considerable upgrading..the staff were excellent. really good warm welcome with everything covid related explained well. remembered my name the next morning. wonderful hosts. well situated right on the front near to the town centre.the building was very old. the floors creaked, the plumbing made loud noises, the shower was difficult to operate. the decor was tired with anaglypta paper still on the walls

room was a good size, bed fairly comfy and clean, had a decent night sleep nice and quiet. on the front and near the town. staff lovely friendly and in these covid times were more than accommodating with procedures and keeping u safe.breakfast was good alternative to a cooked one and for covid times just the right amount and great idea. great value for the price!

Nice little, seafront hotel. Friendly staff and good covid preparation. Great price with £66 for two people for two nights. And a nice breakfast with fruit, yogurts and croissants in paper bags and plastic wraps for covid prevention. Was quite noisy, with squeaky floors and people outside, and of course the seagulls. Overall nice little hotel I would only improve it by fixing the squeaky floors and adding a fan or air condition so you don't have to open the window and suffer those pesky seagulls 😁.

excellent value for money in this ideal location for rhyl centre and nearby towns..continental breakfast provided to pick up for our room.. fresh fruit and snacks varied daily with good size portions. host very friendly, attentive and informative. ideal location for town and beach. rooms cleaned daily. street parking free and we found it easy to park during our stay. marstons pub and restaurant across the road and pubs and restaurants nearby.bedroom would benefit from a bedside cabinet. shower fiddly to switch on.
