Easy to find and great value stopover. Room was spacious, very quiet and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable I've had on my travels.
But .. . unfriendly welcome. There were 2 staff in the reception when I checked in at 3.15pm but I was asked to wait because it was a shift change. And although I only had to wait for a few minutes, a friendly hello from either of the staff would have made such a huge difference after my long drive.
And - what is it with black mould in British hotel bathrooms? Although the bathroom was clean and very tidy, it's not a nice view when you're having a relaxing soak.

It was very clean, mostly though I was impressed with the power of the shower (so maybe I'm easily pleased). Bed was comfortable, I couldn't hear the motorway at all. The girl at reception was friendly, didn't meet anyone else. Didn't try the food next door.
The only drawback was that there are no obvious signs directing to it off the roundabout off the motorway, I went round the roundabout quite a few times until I realised I need to go between the petrol station and McDonalds to get to it.

Stayed in a family room for 2 adults and 2 children.

Room was a decent size but wasn't cleaned particularly well with dust all on the kids headboard.

The second child's bed was like an old army camp bed and you could feel.every spring. Luckily we toom out the quilts from the covers and used then as extra padding which seemed to help.

The room was like an oven and sadly no air con to cool down.

There was a fan (which was covered in dust) in the room and we requested a second which was provided.

Shower tap didnt work properly and we reported to the staff and it was fixed the same day so that was good.

Breakfast and dinner was by booking only so had to make decisions in advance if you wanted breakfast.

Good location for Pencoed and Bridgend and 2 nights for £155 wasn't too bad I guess.

Very nice few days here in a family room. Thanks to staff and also loved the breakfasts at nearby Table Table restaurant!

As every premier in you have to eat in the pub. The variety of food is limited, tables are sticky and dirty as well as plates and cutlery. I didn't enjoy it at all. The heating in the room switches off during the night and you wake up at 16 degrees. The Signal and wifi in the hotel were terrible. Had to sit in my car to make a call. Tho the staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed from 13th January til Monday 16th January for the weekend to celebrate my mates 40th birthday, the receptionists was all friendly too and was helpful with extra information after booking in for 3 nights. The room itself was immaculately clean and up to high standards, had kettle with 2 cups and 2 glasses, along with milk pots, sugar, tea and coffee.

Bathroom and toilet facilities were clean and well presented with clean towels and soap dispensers for hands by the wash hand basin and a shower soap dispenser by the bath/shower. Both bathroom and room has waste bins and there were instructions on how to recycle your rubbish separately next to the waste bin. The hotel was very quiet didn’t hear no noise, not even from other guests. We 100% recommend this premier Inn to visit. Was supposed to book the premier inn at M4 J36 instead of M4 J25 which added an extra 10 minutes journey to & from my mates house, even though I booked the wrong premier inn, me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay. Will book again and for the price for 3 nights it’s well worth it £155.00. If we can give 10 out of 10 I would give 10!!
