Basic hotel, good value. It has everything I need and none of the annoying fancy add ons. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is basic, but does the job. Good location with several carparks nearby. Friendly helpful staff.

Right in the middle of Swansea town centre, first night we had to open the windows as the room was overheating but didn't sleep at all, it was busy all night with people walking about and generally being very load, cars driving up the street, there was a automatic Ballard in the middle of the road which went down to let cars in but there was a voice alarm telling you the Ballard was moving up and down 🤬 oh and the seagulls we're horrendous, we asked the next day for a fan so all was well after that, bathroom definitely in need of a refit and the rooms were a bit dull but I think they are doing refurbishments to the floor above so hopefully these things will be put right, we had upgraded our room to a bigger bed and it was supposed to have a dinning area which was not the case, we did ask about these things to be told that dinning area was the communal dinning area downstairs which was also a cafe for the public🤷 was an ok stay but wouldn't recommend and will not be coming back.
Ps The two staff members we spoke to were very friendly and chatty.

Everything was amazing here, we loved it so much and we want to be back 😍 prefect spot in the city centre, everything soooo close, the hotel nice and clean and very comfy and the service lovely, we couldn't imagine better stay in Swansea, 10/10!

Good location - nice and close to coach and train station and Swansea arena with plenty of eateries nearby. Check in and out is at the front desk, no automated/self check in. We, along with a few other guests, did have to wait a short while for a member of staff to come down to the desk when checking out which seemed a bit of an oversight. But he promptly apologised and all staff were perfectly friendly during our stay. Room was good, though there were no plug sockets by bed, only above desk on opposite side of room and the WiFi wasn't great. The view wasn't good but that's just luck of the draw I reckon. I did like the colour scheme of the room and the dark woods were very pleasant. Generally clean though did find a hair or two on shower wall and the rubber shower mat needs replacing, and perhaps some fresh grout could be appropriate. There was an electric kettle and tea/coffee things provided (though one of the spoons was visibly dirty). There is a cafe/bar downstairs which seemed pleasant and bar is open 24 hours for guests.

This is a very basic place, right in the town centre and great for moving about on foot.
The rooms are clean, dated and my only issue is that the bathroom needs redoing
It's okay for a night or two
