Beautiful wedding venue. Very well maintained landscape garden with long walk. Restaurant and bar is available with fantastic menus to eat from. Good size family room. So peace and quite to relax after months of heavy work.
Very good and safe outdoor place for kids too.
Moreover staffs are so polite and caring.

Staff really helpful. I booked 2 family rooms and 1 double room paid a deposit.5 days before my arrival date
I received a email stating that they would be taking the remaining amount out of my account in 2 days time. The amount they were going to take out of my account was more than I owed. The outstanding amount was taken from my account 2 days before our arrival date. When I booked in i was given 2 doubles and 1 family room. When I asked the owner for a refund he refused. So when you book , pay a deposit and book in make sure you get what you've paid for

Was fortunate enough to stay for 2 wonderful weeks in this hotel.
Rooms are excellent, kettle, T&C making facilities, hair dryer, large closet. Beds are the soft type mattress, good for me.

Bathroom has a bath and shower, nice fluffy towels.

Food was super as was the service. Beer was clean and crisp. Brekkie service was excellent, lots of choice and plenty laid out on the bar if your a small eater.

Lovely grounds, nice evening pint in the sun is a must.

We went to Beggars reach for Sunday carvery. It was absolutely lovely. There was a choice if pork. Beef or turkey and lots of different vegetables. All piping hot. I would recommend to anyone. We have booked to go again this week.

Had Christmas meal, very disappointing for the price. Staff clearing table when people still eating. Seasonal veg with dinner was 2 small pieces of brocolli and mashed carrit/swede. No sprouts, roasted pardnip etc. Definitely won't be having our Christmas meal here again

The worst so called hotel which is actually sheeps barn! There is no taxi available most of the time, even when they are available tjere iano guarantee that You will reach your destination on time!
The tap system in rooms is from knights age, while the lunch is served with potatao chips from the plastic bags (snack),
If I knew where I will be accomodated I would refuse to come here.
Escape in any case and choose hotels in vicinity or even in Cardiff which is 3 hours by train.
Staying in this barn is not worth a penny!

Perfect stopover. We spent two nights with our dogs and enjoyed excellent value, friendly, unobtrusive service from Sue and her team. We stayed in a generously proportioned family room in one of the annex blocks. Breakfast is exceptional, dinner service was quick, delicious and good value. The grounds are large and well kept. Highly recommended.

I've never stayed here but have had plenty of meals from an evening meal, a parry and more recently a cavery. Everytime I have been here, the grounds have always been in an immaculate condition. The bar area and restaurant are extremely clean and tidy. The food has always been amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Staff have always been extremely accommodating approachable. Guaranteed a lovely experience everytime
