Dave and colleagues on reception where brilliant really helpful 5 star.
Sadly room’s service cleanliness, top ups, towels, toilet roll, coffee, milk etc, was none existent.
Stayed four nights, room wasn’t cleaned even once, towels changed once, no toilet rolls, coffees not topped up even once.
The door message left one day was taken off the corridor door handle and just left on the bed, not one thing was done to the room.
Location was brilliant, table table restaurant and staff where first class.

We've arrived late, past midnight. Check in was fast and easy, Kira was professional and kind. We loved our room! It was clean and provided amenities. We knew there no parking on site but the area provides with that. It was absolutely quiet, which we loved. Next day at check out it was pleasant with David! Thank you for making our stay easy!

No residents car park but public one nearby. Able to control heating as it was much too warm. No soap in bathroom dispenser but was able to use the shower gel. Extraction fan in bathroom didn't work but asked not to leave door open as it set off fire alarm. Overall good position and price but requires some TLC.

Wonderful location -- see photos -- 50m from historic dock with beautiful view across to island of Anglesey, 200m to walled town and castle which is World Heritage site. Backdrop of magnificent Welsh mountains and easy access to North Wales attractions by car, bus or train.
Yes, as other reviewers say, parking is difficult but that's normal for a historic site. We used free parking at Morrisons supermarket 400m away. When we arrived with wheelchair, manager Dave helped us park in disabled space. Note to disabled drivers: the company that owns the site (not Travelodge) haven't yet made entrance barriers accessible, shame on them -- keypad is lorry height, you have to get out of car.
Room warm (in cold February), comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of wheelchair space. Housekeeper Steff quickly rearranged beds for us and Laura at Reception helped with wi-fi. Everything basic, as you expect from an inexpensive 2-star hotel, but provides all essentials: hot shower, nice big towels, kettle, clothes-hanging space. We had a lovely relaxing break.

Paid only £34 for a late night booking. Very clean but basic room. Welcome was great. Can't ask for anything else. A bargain.

Served its purpose for a night stay. Very basic hotel with 30mins free WiFi. Otherwise non-existent or weak connection to 3G. Feels bare and minimal. Parking is confusing and is outside the gated compound (pay parking), and it was pouring.

Only thing that really let's it down is the no car park, there's a few around, I parked the van there and woke up to find it had been visited during the night and tools taken out.

Hotel was cheap and cheerful 26.99 for night.
