The staff were lovely, the accommodation was also great. Only issue was the lack of parking. Would recommend to people I know :)

What can I say, un helpful and rude, female members were terribly rude and would stare and slam the door on u. Freezing cold, damp, Dirty, mouldy, I had to purchase a heater during my week stay and was asked to not use it due to fire hazards and no hotel insurance!! My son and I got sick due to food being heated incorrectly and received meals cold. Couldn't even get a taxi to collect us from the hotel as they said they need cash up front when collecting people and I didn't have any on me. I'm surprised they are allowed to operate.

The attitude of the owner, seaman stained sheets, no heating, no breakfast, no keys for my room which ment anyone could enter my room and help themselves to my stuff which they did. I had 3 quality watches stolen and a Nikon 5200 DSLR, with a fast good quality Nikor stills and video lens worth around £600, constantly being woken up by the cold or the the frequent crying by the owners grandchildren between 1_3in the morning. All in all I found the owner and the establishment to be a well substand Dive.
