Don't fall fo the pics! Rooms are too small and felt so claustrophobic. The kettle was so moldy. Not enough light. Isn't worth paying £60 a night. Pay extra but go somewhere better. Don't ruin your journey. Do not recommend at all.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Third party booking screwed up slightly with small print not guaranteeing the room I booked (a twin and was put in a very small single). Third party refused to help in any meaningful way. After a brief chat with the staff, they were very understanding and gave me a new room for no extra hassle which meant a lot as it was my graduation weekend and were prompt and helpful with any request. I like being mostly left alone during stays so not being bothered every day or staff in and out the room was perfect for me. Advice is to book directly though them, much better service.

A very nice for a family and not only. very clean nicely service large rooms very well and it was very clean in a room. near the center and a railway station. very nice hotel and we felt there at home not in a hotel. very nice hotel and we will definitely go there again and I recommend it to everyone

Ill start with the positive aspects of my stay.

The room was a nice spacious twin with reasonable decor throughout. Small ensuite which was nice. Code entry gave full access when needed. The location is ideal for the centre of Cardiff.

The less positive bits of my stay.

The room was ridiculously hot. There was a fan attached to the wall but with that on full blast (incredibly loud btw) it made no difference. I managed to open the windows but this meant at 6am a ridiculously loud rumbling noise was heard throughout my room. This was an unwelcome wake up when away working 16 your days.

The beds were far too hard for my liking. I know this is a personal preference but for me I could barely sleep between the heat, the noise and the rock hard beds.

If you're looking for a budget level room with easy access to Cardiff city centre and not too bothered about noise or heat, this Is a perfectly reasonable but not great stay.

Cheap, no frills. Warm comfortable clean room. Perfect for a quick stopover.

Good value for money, clean room with everything required for a comfortable short stay.

Located close to the centre and stadium which is helpful.

Heating set just right overnight which helped with a comfortable sleep.

Rooms were too small for the price. £800+ for 10 nights for a super SUPER tiny room. Barely any space to move around with luggage. No wardrobe. Shower and toilet were separate and really small to even manoeuvre around. Sink was really too small to do anything let alone wash hands. Quite cozy yes, service was good. Bed was really comfortable. Perfect location, but, anything more than a day or two of stay is pretty bad. Overall cozy, but appalling place. definitely needs to reduce their prices.

Great place, exceptionally clean and very conveniently located - 20 min walk to the centre. Check-in/access is done via a code so you can arrive any time you need. Hair-dryer and Kettle in the rooms for tea makes a difference.. and a coffee machine in the hallway with everything you need. Good people at the reception also.
