9 only reviews tell you a lot about this company, if there was a minus rating,I would give -10 the claims specialist bleating on about random garbage,that they no more, and that they are a mutual to make money for there members. Disgusting sales tactics ,stay clear, cancelled our policy, waste of time and money.thats just from asking advice.

I'd hang up immediately if you get placed in a call line queue, ive been on hold as "caller no. 1 in the queue" so long Ieach time I call in i could probably recite their promotional bit on the call line backwards. Someone pick up the phone!

This company is a tragedy. I have been waiting for money for 5 months. Nobody cares. People be careful and do not choose this company. Never! I do not recommend.

Hi i would like to inform you i will be leaving as i believe you company are liars as this is an insurance from missing wages, i believe your company is not what they are advising, i should have got paid while off on sick note, when you desided to make a payment much later when i have already went back to work and got payed.
I regret to say i will not forward your company to friends or family or anyone.

I am currently signed off work with stress from work I have had injury/sickness cover with a company called Holloway friendly for 3 years and never had any time off work or claimed on this policy I have just been informed they will not cover me for stress as they don't see this as a mental illness they cover yet I have paperwork recently sent via the chief operating officer that they will pay me if I'm off with any illness or injury that stops me from working I have requested the original phone call where I was obviously lied to regarding what they cover to sell me such a policy I have sent this company all my medical records and all information they asked for rather than tell me almost 2 months ago I wasn't covered they are only now telling me I will not be paid a penny
