Absolutely dreadful service - waiting 2 hours for overpriced, under delivered food only to have a quarter of the order missing - to be then told that they weren't going to send it out! No compensation given. Would give a 0 if I could, do not order from here, save yourself the stress and go for a family homemade curry instead.
Centre Parcs should be ashamed of themselves letting the "curry house" operate onsite
The chef at this place has about as much experience of Indian food as the guy who manages the rapids in the swimming pool.
If I could turn back time I'd have just bought 4 packets for crisps instead
I also think it's quite sneaky that they don't put the prices on the menu you view online. If you haven't been before you have no idea how extremely expensive it is going to be.
I haven't spent that much on a meal for two in years, and I've had many many nicer meals out! I can't believe they get away with it - well, I can, it's because they have a monopoly. The sad thing is, CP is totally capable of having a great Indian restaurant onsite, which I wouldn't mind being a bit expensive if it was actually good food. Just get some ready meals from the Parc Market and save yourself £50.
My Family ordered starters & dinner while I went for a lamb madras with pilau rice.
The delivery was only 10 minutes late to our booked time but when we opened up our takeaway, the food was extremely disappointing & shocking in presentation & taste. The madras sauce was runny & tasteless. The lamb portion was about five small 'pebble' pieces, the rice very poor & dry. Portions of chicken tikka came in a small cardbord box containing 3 very small pieces of chicken tikka (£6.25) & nothing else. Tikka dry & tasteless. Overall my Family found their food sub-standard & the quality a waste of money (£80).
This so called Indian restaurant should be boycotted until they get their act together. If this is the quality presented as takeaway, what is the standard of the restaurant?
I only get taken for a mug once!!
The food doesn’t taste freshly prepared, bit of a let down. Ordered a madras and it was quite runny, no real flavour or heat to it.
