Serving cold food and when we complained they said in middle of the way its getting cold, we paid for the £ 9.99 for 26 items and they gave us only 18 items and we. We complained then they put 4 chutneys, and staff are liar, one of the curry(bharela ringan and bataka) was smelling and taste was totally gone, we complained in the starting for the food and they blame on us after you finished the food u don't want to pay full amount that's why you guys are doing drama, we are around 21 people with kids and 2 of them we had tummy pain and had diarrhea problem start. No good customer service
Please don't visit

This place is better than any other restaurant in Wembley . We went with my family the vibe is so awesome so great. My parents feel like eat in their country (India) I really liked it. The food is more than expected. The staff was friendly . Everything there looks perfect. Hope they maintain this for long run keep up jalaram Thaal Nice ambience. Proper spacing, nice lighting and nice music as well.

Very bed experience with Jalaram Thal. Today we visited for lunch. Firstly no one was opening door after ringing more then twice. Then lady who looks like a manager didn’t know what was today’s menu for limited fix thali. Replied like assume chole chana is second subji. Now comes to food quality which is very low feels like yesterday’s left over just put in microwave and served it to us. When we asked why rice is too much hard she did not reply anything and come after some time and pit some more freshly cooked rice on top of old one. Washrooms are very dirty. Some one did omit in weekend or last week and it was not cleaned properly. Totally wast of money.
Only ambiance is some what good. Rest all things need to refine.

I suggest please do not visit if you love hygienic food.

When comes to food it’s ok but one bad thing is staff I’m proper language and very irresponsible in serving the customer in addition always we can’t have all items in thali at least one day in a year I don’t why there are running that restaurant with food. When come to hygiene no one use proper gloves.

A shady exterior leaves you wondering whether you are in the right place. Ring the buzzer to gain entry and make your way down some dark stairs to a restaurant doubling as a nightclub. We chose the two thali’s for £9.95 offer which consisted of chickpea and potato and aubergine curries both of which were amazing. The daal had a homely comforting feel and the puris freshly made. Service was poor and inattentive despite us being the only customers.
