Jungle VIP

6th April 2022 we celebrated my daughters 5th birthday at jungle VIP Hounslow. Jungle VIP offer different birthday packages they accommodated 15 kids + extra on the day thr food a mixture of both qizza and nuggets chips cucumbers apples unlimited water and squash enough for all of the kids to try all of the food aswell as adults . The party host amazing sorry I couldn't remember her name well mannered beautiful Muslim lady who hosted the party kept it in order served the food led the happy birthday singing. Jungle VIP was also not too packed it felt like a private hire out kids had fun I wish they had 2 hours of play and 45-60mins to eating would definitely recommend having a birthday here . The facepainter I an additional to the birthday package very very talented and fast . Thankyou also for the free entry back to Jungle VIP we look forward to coming back thankyou all front desk chef etc very professional.

Nice playcenter with different areas for different ages. It's a place where all the family can have fun. Also has a "private" area perfect for celebrations. Easy to get by public transport and car park available close by.

They were amazing and extremely helpful. Made it so easy and stress free. All the parents that attended were really impressed with the whole party. Food is always delicious too. Would highly recommend Jungle VIP for parties and for when you want to sit and have a coffee while your kids are entertained in the safe environment.

Dirty, filthy, disgusting, kids and parents with dust allergies be aware!!!
This place is tried, smells so bad of sweat and dust and don’t get me started on the bathroom it was rank!!!

Spotted this on my first visit but I said ok maybe bad week they under staffed, next time I went it’s the same thing, so much dirt dust trapped in the corners and on the sides I took a lovely lady who works there and showed her she said they clean daily and she’s not sure but will pass the feed back onto the manager. This was 3rd visit to find this! Ewww

Place needs some TLC!!!!
You need to look into this before someone reports this to local authorities because the cleanness is definitely not up to standard and it is not acceptable especially with kids who have allergies this could be a very big trigger!!

I've been there a first time with my baby.
So what can I say-its great indoor soft playground.
Better visit in the morning and off peak days(from Mon-Fri).Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Prices are also great. For baby 2 years we paid £5(for 2 hours)and adult is £1,5.In cafe reasonable prices-£3- fries(portions are soooo big and soo delicious its not like at Mc Donalds)have ordered 2portions fries,one chicken pizza, 2 cokes,1 juice and paid around £16.
Toilet available and clean.
There are two zones for toddlers and kids however its everything almost together.
There been kids from 8months to 4 years.
Everywhere is clean,lift available because its 1st floor.So I got it only positive feelings after that 😊

Had birthday party for my kid. Liked the overall setup. Staff mostly is extremely good and accommodating. Very organised food and cake distribution.

Party bags can be improved with some branded franchise...

Good place for kids to play. There are 2 soft playing areas one for kids from 0-3 years old and the other is for kids from 4- 10 years old.

There is also a separate area for private party.

Once you are there you will get a table for you to settle and watch your kids playing

We have celebrated our son’s Birthday in Jungle VIP in Hounslow and it was really great experience. Well organised, all members of staff very helpful even we did few changes in last minute. Nothing seems to be problem there. So again thanks to our party host Adna and all team for looking after us, will definitely be back🤩❤️
