It’s taken over 3 weeks to fix my car, no updates, telephone calls nothing, unless I call them. The telephone system is beyond bad.

Took my GC here because I had a recall letter.

Looked up the reviews, the Fiat side doesn't have great reviews (same site), so I was slightly worried!

My own personal experience turned out to be good; staff were pleasant and the work has been carried out with no problems.

Overheard another Jeep customer who's car had been damaged, so I doubt I'd come here for anything other than completely necessary work under warranty or recall.

Great experience immediately, from the greeting by Mitch Slack and Jack Wheeler to the explanation of the vehicle, the test drive and the task of finding me the car with all the options that I wanted. All followed up by keeping me informed of the progress leading up to the collection and even after I had taken delivery. A pleasant experience all round, thanks mostly to Mitch.
