Lipscomb Jeep Maidstone

Purchasing a new car was a great experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable, answers emails and returned calls promptly. I could not fault the service.

Then I collected the car and they got my money….

A few weeks later I discovered that the internal and external protection had not been applied. Apparently they do not have a facility to confirm that it had been carried out and they “can not remember doing individual cars”.

The service was now very different.
Emails took ages to get a response or they said they didn’t receive them. I left at least three phone messages that were not returned. After me chasing and doing all the work (because of their mistake) I eventually got products applied to the car.

I lost a whole day returning the car to get the issues sorted.

It would have been good if they had the decency to apologies for the inconvenience that they caused. It would have been nice if they been proactive resolving the issue, rather than me having to do all the leg work.

Never had a problem with Jeep Lipscombe Maidstone, Service dept have always been accomodating to my needs (I live over an hour away) also excellent after sales service from Sales, (Paul Lewton) always willing to help and answer any questions I have.

My Jeep renegade PHEV needed a software update. While I was waiting I walked my Labrador in nearby Cobtree park. On returning we were both made welcome with coffee and a bowl of water. Very nice people with great service.

Very fast efficient and courteous staff. Service done in record time as I had a hospital appointment that day.

Have purchased new cars from here for many years. Now I'm retired my car is 4 years old and the ongoing service is excellent. They also collect and return my car for a small fee but it's better than me hanging around. It also comes back nice and clean and I feel safe after the service so thank you Team Lipscomb!

It's always best to take your car to the main dealers to get it serviced, rather than any other place. I trust JEEP Services to look into any issues that my Jeep has and to get it fixed, which is something that they've always done and done it right.
