I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Sturgess Jeep. Callum and the team at Sturgess Jeep were always super helpful, knowledgeable and great to deal with. They sourced the Jeep I wanted and got me a great price and always kept me up to date with details of my order. I would recommend Sturgess Jeep to anyone thinking of buying a Jeep.

Thank you Amy Willet for your professional service. After 2 previous fiat 500's and 3 children it was time to upgrade and the service we received was good.

Further on from the experience initially received, the follow up and aftersales has been nothing but appalling and I genuinely feel gutted that we have a victim of a pure sell sell sell technique.

After picking the car up in October we were told that we would receive a quote for a service plan, after several emails, calls and messages left for Amy to give us a call we have received nothing back.

We have a problem with the door seals as the condensation in the car is terrible, lots of very tiny hairline scratches on rear passenger side where the offer decal was stuck onto the car which I didn't pick up on until cleaning it. I have asked for quote for tinted windows on the back but no reply.

It leaves a very bitter taste, in what to begin with was a very pleasant experience purchasing the vehicle. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only person to have received poor after sales from the same member of staff. Disappointing as I also work for a family run business and there is no way I would get away with this service. Very poor and would appreciate this being rectified.

I purchased my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on the 29th of April 2019. Amy Willett dealt with my purchase from beginning to end and she was brilliant. An excellent deal on my new car, the best trade in for my old Jeep, and the best and most detailed handover I have ever experienced - including my purchases from Aston Martin and Porsche. Amy has just phoned me, 5 days after I collected the vehicle, to make sure that I have no outstanding questions or queries. I am very happy with my new Jeep and utterly delighted with the sales service provided by Amy, from beginning to end. A 5 star experience.

Sales is perfect, Service is terrible....car was waiting in the parking lot from 830am until 16pm, so did I. And was ready after 17pm. Day lost at the dealer. Even requesting it to be done as fast as possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bit of a disappointment in the fact picked up a new car on 3 march and the fuse box cover was missing - which they werent going to point out we spotted it. Finally today 24 march part arrived after much chasing and that was before the c virus hit... BUT overall yes i would use Sturgess again...

This dealership does not appear to care about customer service. We have bought three new cars from Sturgess in the last ten years but never again. The lack of customer care in their service department is deplorable. I tried to give zero stars but you have to pick at least one to leave a review.

Unsatisfactory experience, when collecting a new vehicle It was missing a charging lead which the sales team insisted was not a standard fit item. Jeep UK confirmed that it was a standard fit after I checked with them. Although it was provided by Sturgess via post as a good will gesture it shows their lack of knowledge of the vehicle they were selling

Very bad customer service. Gave my Jeep for service and came back so dirty with paint scratched and a horrible scratch on the alloy. Went to the dealership to complain. Spoke to the manager and received a call next day saying they would call me back. Have not heard anything yet. No one answers calls or calls back when a message is left. In these times its wierd to see such poor service given to customers.
