Terrible service. Boooked the car in for a service for my disabled wife, on the phone it had been noted she is disabled and needed her mobility scooter moved from her car to the loan car. this was promised along with putting her in a suitable vehicle that would take the scooter. day before the service the car like for like was confirmed but on the day she got handed the keys to a small unsuitable vehicle and told thats all we have. on calling back i managed to speak to johan who was rude and dismissive. I will not be dealing with these again when its time to purchase my next car.

Responsive and informative service from both the customer services and sales teams. Queries were responded to quickly and efficiently, and any problems dealt with without fuss. My 3rd new car and 7 years of happy motoring with this GH branch.

Bought a brand new jeep that has had electrical issues, no one from the branch has returned my calls. Jeep customer care is also a joke. Very disappointed and will be referring to the Motor ombudsman
