Review: Mindful Jewellery Making Workshop 1

What a brilliant workshop. Marcia is such an informative and helpful teacher, even complete beginners like myself managed to make a ring and pendant by the end of the day! I particularly enjoyed the mindfulness side of it - a very unique selling point for the course which made the day even more relaxing.

Lovely studio, plenty of space and very clean. Marcia did really well to set up a Covid-friendly environment for us to work in (small groups, sanitiser, using your own tools for the day, respectful social distance/use of masks). Would highly recommend Marcia's course for anyone interested in working with silver, or just to have a change of scene/pace for the day.

Besides the jewellery making, we had such a lovely time chatting about all sorts of interesting things. Would love to go to another course in the future.

We received our wedding rings in good time and with excellent communication. They were packaged carefully and in lovely boxes and they look gorgeous. Most importantly, they fit perfectly! We just hope that we get to exchange them sooner rather than later! We could not be happier; our gold bands are exactly what we wanted and if anything, more beautiful than we imagined. I ordered a beautiful bespoke necklace, I love it so much I basically wear it everyday. Marcia is an artist in jewellery making, her work is stunning, even the packaging is beautiful. I definitely will be purchasing other jewellery from Marcia in the future.

I learnt a huge amount about the basics of metal work and various techniques to shape and decorate both copper and silver. Marcia was extremely patient and clear in her directions. And the addition of approaching the learning from the basis of mindfulness brought a wonderful depth to the learning experience. I felt I was learning with all my senses. The studio was set up and run safely with space and wonderful views across the rooftops and east london skyline.

Buying our Wedding rings {Golden wedding ,that is},has been a joy from ordering to receiving.....exactly what we wanted.....just beautiful .We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Marcia in the future. Thankyou

Such a perfect ring from Marcia. Entirely elegant and well crafted. She gave me plenty of reassurance on sizing with my arthritic fingers to personalise what I was looking for. Superb.
