I went into Thomas Sabo yesterday with a Necklace I had received for my birthday in December that had worn out a little, and instead of sending it off to get fixed, the staff decided to completely exchange it free of charge for me. I have never received such good service before. Not only this, but they were super kind, friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Sandy and Derek from the Westfields store in Shepard’s Bush. You made my day, thank you! :)

Recently visited the store to buy a pendant. Customer service was impeccable. The lady who I spoke with was lovely and efficient and both staff on duty were brilliant. Sadly I didn’t take names so I can’t specify but they worked the Saturday midday shift. Have been shopping here for years and always have great service. Thank you 😊

I reviewed the shop in Westfield Woodlane mall centre in the review of that mall. Bad connection problems at the card payment takes off half of the pleasure, and having already clised their shop in My Fair, the brand should seriously solve this issue here

How to insult you customers

Spoke to an assistant recently about buying some charms for a bracelet I already owned. I commented that the charms were very shiny...and darker than my bracelet. I asked if they were treated with something purely out of my interest in jewellery. She seemed to have zero knowledge and instead proceeded to suggest that my bracelet might not be silver. There is no doubt in my mind about the quality of my bracelet. The 925 marking is clear and the source reliable. How she was qualified to make this judgement without seeing it is beyond me. Even if my bracelet was fake, it's not for unqualified staff to insult the intelligence of their customers. And if you don't know about your products, attempt to find out or get some training. I'll get my charms from someone who knows how to respect their clients.

I love their items, I received a beautiful pair of earrings on the visit day, but customer service very poor. Treat us with ignorance and send us outside to find signal for payment. Somehow my partner manage to pay it but we will never visit that store again. Online is better don't need to see unfriendly staff

Nice store, with nice jewelry. If only it was the quality I expected. I bought my sunglasses from a different Thomas Sabo Store, which I can no longer access and they broke within a year of purchase. A minor break, but nonetheless not my fault. I went to the store to try and workout a replacement under warranty. Even though the store had my specific pair in stock, I was told they'd have to send it out for repair which would take 2-3 months. The manager did not even bother to come and tell me this in person.

From now on, I would think twice before parting with my cash at Thomas Sabo.
