Folli Follie Store

I have to say that I love the brand and one year ago I received as a present a beautiful watch from this brand.
Last thursday I went to this shop to ask for some help regarding the same watch, like change the date and take out one piece from the bracelet because was too big. And she said yes, I will do it in 30min and I agreed. I came back in 40min and she said sorry I haven't done it, would you mind waiting other 15min! Of course I mind! Even she want to charge for this service!!!
Apparently are rules from the new manager! Terrible customer service!

Was asked to come back in 2 hours when the assistant manager was in the store, then when I did they were incredibly rude. Will not return here.
