Chisholm Hunter

Bought new matching watches from them and my wife's fell off each of three times they tried to fix it. Agreed to refund on hers but not mine, although both unworn. I have a court judgement now against them but they still have not paid. Not the service you expect from a top jeweller.

I dealt with Emma, from a phone enquiry about a seiko watch to my visit and purchase in store. She made the whole process so easy she was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Service and shop is amazing

Caitlin was fantastic and I am now the very proud owner of an absolutely amazing engagement ring.
Caitlin and her colleagues made us feel so welcome and special.

I bought a watch for my 21st birthday. Katie and Richard were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they really gave that crucial human touch. I was able to try on a range of watches as I hadn’t decided on one yet. They really listened to me to help me make an informed decision.

Phoned the Chester branch on the Friday Andy reserved a Hamilton watch for me, arrived Saturday AM and the service was excellent from start to finish, I even purchased a Tissot watch for the wife while we was there. 10/10.

Brilliant, empathetic service. Ordered a ring to be made in September 2020 but shortly afterwards we went into lockdown. As it was being made in Scotland which was ‘closed’ for a longer period it wasn’t until May 2021 that it was ready. The staff at Chester were so amazingly apologetic and concerned about the delay, despite it being out if their control. They gave me a lovely bunch is flowers.
I can’t speak highly enough if the service I received under the most difficult if circumstances. Thank you Chisholm Hunter.
