Needed my ring repaired after losing a stone from it... the stone needed was a tear shaped petal in pink sapphire which i wasnt sure id get a match for... i put it in wilkins and their team was very helpful! They told me options which could be made if a match was not found etc... They did indeed find a match! And my ring looks amazing and all for a very low cost!!! i was expecting it to be very expensive fix but it wasnt! i was also so reluctant to put my ring in someone elses hands having friends who have had bad experiences elsewhere! But i wouldnt hestitate if i needed anything repaired, in going back to wilkins!!

Best jeweller in the area. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, without being at all pushy. Lovely range of jewellery, and good service for repairs as well.

What a fantastic service Wilkins Jewellers offers. I had a couple of ladies watches requiring new batteries or so I thought.

I took them to Wilkins Jewellers completely Covid safe. Both had corroded terminals, one was cleaned and there was sufficient charge in the battery not to be changed the other was too badly corroded and was beyond economical repair.

Astounding for this service there was no charge not even for the labour element . What fantastic service.

Excellent service. Refitted a diamond that came loose in my engagement ring and tightened the rest of the stones. Returned in beautiful condition and it was gleaming. I have just had my wedding ring reshaped after squashing it and it’s been returned to me as good as the day I had it. I’m so happy they were able to so this for me and you would never have known it was ever squashed.
