Very bad customer service. Lady was very rude and said we was taking to long to buy something when we had only been there 10 minutes! Then she start arguing with us, said there was no management there, who were at the back and didn't even bother coming out. No care for customers and terrible attitude.

I never write reviews simply because I have never needed to. I have been compelled to write this after the absolutely humiliating behaviour I have been subjected to today at this shop. In all my years shopping in Green Street or in the UK at large including Gold shops in Dubai I have not been treated this way. The assistant was so utterly rude in spite of which I returned to purchase an item from this shop where she threatened me to purchase the item at the price given otherwise she would hold me hostage in the shop just because I had asked for a discount. When I requested a senior member of staff to intervene he dismissed me, openly supported this member of staff despite her swearing at me in urdu and refused to serve me leaving me with no choice but to leave the shop. I had brought my custom with such high hopes, my heart was set on this item and was returned, insulted and humiliated from this shop. May the lord bring your downfall. I have never been so humiliated in all my years!
