I bought a pair of earrings at this shop and the customer service was excellent. It was my first time in there and all the staff made me feel comfortable and were very helpful in explaining the difference between various earrings.

The purchase was stunning as they have a wide range of jewellery. I will definitely go back to this shop and would would recommend anyone looking for good jewellery to shop here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went with my dad to negotiate prices and was met with disrespect, insults and rudeness.

After looking at a couple of jewellery sets and other pieces, I hoped to discuss any price negotiations as standard. Hoping for a friendly discussion, he dismissed any price queries and responded rudely and later insulted us.

Ambica is a much better place for better customer service and suitable for price negotiations. Highly recommend to shop there instead.

You may have me mistaken for another dissatisfied customers, it seems you have a lot of those. My one- star review is due to your rude and disrespectful attitude and unwillingness to help. The items were picked out by a family member and you used the situation to overcharge and embarrass me. 20 minutes after leaving your store, i bought 10 MORE grams for an even cheaper price. Speaks volumes about you and your empty shop business. I think you need the luck my friend.

I am disgusted by the poor customer service which my partner and I had received today. Upon entering the store and viewing only a few jewellery set pieces, we was addressed with a rude attitude, disrespectful and sly comments. Our questions about their products and their prices were completely disregarded and the staff continued to insult us. I believe no customer should ever go through such disrespect when purchasing at any store whatsoever and I wish ownership the best; with low customer service and high customer dissatisfaction it is quite evident why you have an empty shop floor.

Worst customer service ever!! The old man (owner) is the rudest guy we’ve ever come across! If anyone wants even a decent customer service then go elsewhere in Green Street! So many other better jewellery stores with great service and prices that won’t try rip you off and embarrass you. Don’t waste your TIME and HARD EARNED money to be met with rudeness and disrespect!

My family and I have been buying jewellery from Sharad’s for over 30 years. This is testimony to the excellent customer service and quality/uniqueness of their gold and designs. Sharad and Neil’s expertise and knowledge, as well as genuineness and humility comes as a breath of fresh air in comparison to other gold shops on Green St, where staff are aggressive, rude and pushy. Our bestest wishes for their business!

Owners were incredibly rude and abusive. And tried to scam my mum with the jewellery she bought and tried to exchange. I would avoid this shop if you don’t want your day ruined

I don't know what possessed me into going into this shop yesterday to look for a simple nose ring. Upon entering the shop, I told the guy what I'm looking for, he didn't really seem very keen in helping and instead tried to fob me off with telling me what other customers usually like in a somewhat rude manner as he laughed at me. If I wanted what other people like then I wouldn't ask for a type I like! Anyway, my point is that this guy is after big purchase customer. If you don't have the customer service for people who want a small purchase, then these customers will not return for a bigger purchase. In the end I went to Pakeeza who have a very welcoming atmosphere even though they were really busy they helped me and I got what I was looking for. I will defiantly be returning there as I also put a deposit down for some bangles sets and a necklace. Their prices are much cheaper than Shazads by half!! No wonder there were no customers in that shop. Good luck to the guy who is busy killing flies 🙂
