I am so thrilled to have met Jim and his team at Campbells in Banstead! What a first class and very professional service. So helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I needed my wedding ring cutting off and making bigger and my engagement ring too due to arthritis. The service was quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend. A lovely village shop with lovely staff. Go and visit!

Jim and the entire team are incredibly helpful and professional. We had an engagement ring designed and made, and Jim ran us through the entire process from selecting the right cut of gems to the best setting for the ring.

We visited Campbells for our wedding jewellery and cannot recommend them highly enough. Wonderful staff who take their time to offer a warm, friendly and highly personal service. We purchased beautiful wedding bands, cuff-links and also had some other rings cleaned and resized. The staff and very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to give a bespoke service. My goodness, what brilliant & friendly customer service. I'd bent the stems (1 really badly - trying to get the SIM card out of my phone per Apple!) of the earrings my late husband gave me 20 years ago (& I'd been wearing every day). Fully straightened & steam cleaned ... and no charge. So kind ... and a real magnet to return. Thank you so much ... I can now enjoy wearing again.

I had been unable to wear my 40+ year old wedding ring for several months as it had become too tight. Campbells carried out a 3 size enlargement and replicated the original pattern really well. They carried out the alteration speedily and for a fair price. It's was a pleasure to have such good service.
