Fantastic place to go if you are looking for something special. Went onto a waiting list for a watch I was after and true to their word when one became available they called me let me know. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable (unlike some shops that think they are doing you a favour letting you spend your money in their shop). I dealt with James from start to finish who was a very nice guy. I will certainly be using them for my future purchases.

Rolex dealer……shop window full of watches but unwilling to sell…. unless you are from the old boys club…..Can not see the logic behind their refusing to sell to general members of the public.
UPDATE 15/2/22….THE WATCHES IN THE WINDOWS ARE ALL NON WORKING DISPLAY WATCHES….NONE OF THEM WATCHES ACTUALLY WORK…..NO SECOND HAND MOVEMENT……ITS JUST A FAKE WINDOW DISPLAY…..👎👎🇬🇧🇬🇧

The shop said come in and pick any watch, any colour, any style, any size, any model, BUT…..YOU CANNOT HAVE IT, WE CANNOT GET YOU ONE, SO…..DREAM ON DEAR CUSTOMER….UNBELIEVABLE 👎👎

Very Friendly, and very knowledgable. Excellent experience, bought a beautiful 18ct white gold pearl Mikimoto pear earrings for partner. Very quick and easy to shop.
Had been in a few other jewellers that day and service was shocking, so was very please to meet the team in Thurlow Champness, I will defo now use this as my jewellers going forward. Thank you :-)

Could customer service be any better than here? Probably not. And skilled jewellers to boot! I loved my visit here and the price I paid was fair.
