Fabulous service overall. I booked an appointment and was greeted by very kind and respectful staff. I sold some gold and their prices were way more than the other shops. I even went to Birmingham lol. They transferred the money straight away. Very professional and trust worthy. Will be coming back next year for my platinum diamond ring and maybe some more bullion. Thank you soo much.

He was really really helpful and went beyond we are so so glad we chose our engagement ring from nath jewellers. The customer service was great. Anoop was polite, really friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was not forceful and made us feel at ease.
Anoop didn't rush us at all and let us make our own decision in our time.
I would recommend to go nath jewellers before going anywhere else as we had tried a few places and nothing compares to Nah jewellers 10/10 service.

Went to Nath Jewellers for a replacement of my wedding ring. Although my family had used these jewellers for a very long time, it was my first time. The service from start to finish was 5 star. Anoop kept me informed about when my ring was arriving etc. I definitely shall not be going anywhere else for my jewellery. 🙂

Very bad customer service. I went there first time and it was so disappointing. Looks like man had argument with his wife and doesn't want to sell anything.
