Ian Rigby Jewellers

Ian was recommended to us as a jeweller who really knew his stuff and would be able to help us create a bespoke piece from an old diamond ring.

He took time to sit down with us over a cup of tea, appraise the item and suggest what settings and stones would best compliment it. He even drew some sketches for us! He also had some lovely diamond earrings in the shop which were a perfect gift for a family member, so we left with those too.

All in all a really enjoyable experience and we’ll be back again.

The owner of this jewellers takes customer service to a new low. Having asked for a ring to be resized he mocked the quality of the ring and spent more time advising of his previous experience at more reputable jewellers in Wolverhampton. Why anyone would turn profitable business away with such sarcasm is beyond me. Beware!

Had lost a diamond from my ring . Ian and his staff were amazing - super helpful and efficient . Having worked myself for a high quality jeweller in darlington st , I was thrilled at the high standard of service I received - they even posted my ring to me - well packaged and by courier . Couldn't ask for better !
