Excellent service, could’t be any more helpful if they tried! Vivi was the lady who served me and was so helpful, patient and just generally nice to speak too. It was a wife’s birthday present and the necklace spec I knew nothing about, she explained to me different options and how we could have it adjusted to make it longer or shorter etc. Explained how the adjustments are done and the lead time needed. So happy and end result was the wife loved the present.
