F.Hinds the Jewellers

Ordered a charm that needed to be made. After shopping around the only store that could help or were remotely helpful was F Hinds.The staff taking the order were most helpful and located the required charm in a catalogue and then processed the order quickly and efficiently. During the 4 week wait I was called a couple of times to be advised on the order progress and once it was ready was called to advised it was in the store. The whole shopping experience with F Hinds was pleasurable and easy. Would highly recommend this store and the staff at the Lakeside Branch.

Absolutely brilliant, the lady that was serving us her name was Lisa had time to talk us through as I couldn’t make up my mind which ring I wanted.

Professional and caring service. Explained everything about my purchase, guarantee etc. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Absolutely rubbish one of my family purchased a watch and took out extra insurance. They had the watch for three months and one week and the catch broke. Took it back to F Hinds in lakeside and they refused to repair or replace the watch . Then said they would repair the catch for £45 absolutely disgraceful avoid at all costs.

The store attendant was a pleasant young lady who was happy to serve us.

Following the ear piercing reviews on here, we went to get my 2 daughters ears pierced this afternoon. The lady was fab. Very thorough, explained everything clearly, put my nervous younger daughter at ease and most importantly, the piercing itself was fast and relatively pain-free… would 100% recommend.
