Cupitt Jeweller

I came in a few weeks ago to see what the store could do for me in regards to getting my wedding ring and engagement ring sauntered together since my original jewellers weren’t being very helpful. The customer service I received was great, I was explained exactly what they would do to my rings and was told they would clean them too for me. All my questions were answered. I’m sorry I can’t remember names, but I had my 3 year old son with me too and he was greeted with smiles and was kept company with one lady working within the store while I was sorting my rings out with another lady. My rings were finished within a few days and I picked them up. They looked brand new again and were exactly what I pictured. Thank you for a terrific experience! I will return again for all my future jewellery needs

Had to have rings that we had not been able to wear for several years altered. We were given expert advice with kindness and sensitivity! When we returned to collect our rings it was great to find they looked like new, we could not see where the alterations had been done. We are over the moon, cannot recommend Cupitt Jeweller enough!

I visited to get a watch battery replaced and was really pleasantly surprised when it was done within 10 minutes.
A little touch was that they set the right time and date again for me.

Thank you so much to Keith for making me a ring using both my own and my mother’s engagement ring together with a ruby. This was to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Although it was made earlier this year I’ve just got to wear it as we celebrated our wedding anniversary this month. I’m so pleased with the design. Thank you also to the staff who helpful and caring all round excellent personal service.

The lady that pierced my granddaughter ears today was really kind and helpful very informative . This is such a relaxed place ideal to take children I would recommend her to every one such a calm and reassuring lady thank you

Did such an amazing job resizing my grandmothers ring for me! the ring was also cleaned it looks perfect. Also had it finished in a couple of days which was fab as I expected to wait a week or so. Would use again thank you! Also the two girls who served me were so kind and helpful! X

Exceptional customer service!

After problems with a Rotary watch chain and non existent customer service from Rotary it was all sorted by Asa Cupitt. I can't thank Cupitts enough for their friendly service.

I cannot thank them enough, particularly Åsa, for all the help she has given me in choosing a special piece of jewellery. Although under lockdown restrictions, they have done everything possible to help me have confidence in my purchase. The service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this jewellers.
