I bought a watch here a couple of weeks back after my brother kept telling me I needed one.
Glad I went there as the staff were great. Helpful and we had a good laugh in the process. I wish I was as enthusiastic about watches as my brother as they have a good selection and really helpful and friendly staff.

Just brought a watch from these guys. Saw it on Saturday and Magda nearly sold it to us but I had to do some homework first. Came back on Monday night to buy it. Staff were helpful, gave me a small amount of discount and changed the links for me there and then and all seemed very customer centric. Can't remember the names on Monday but would definitely be back to see these guys if I wanted another watch as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Some of the quality is good but the customer service is poor. They would rather have a conversation with passer by than the customers waiting in store. They also treated several customers with a sense of privilege. Buy engagement rings elsewhere.

Don't buy from this company!

I bought an engagement ring and the diamond fell out. They replaced the diamond and assured us now they fixed the claw it wouldn't happen again, well guess what... A few years later we have lost our diamond again!

Upon complaining the women said to us it's no longer covered and that you wouldn't expect a car to be covered years later, well you wouldn't expect the tires to fall of would you? Awful ring, awful service, awful company.

Helpful staff and good range of products assisted our purchase of a gold bangle as a present for my wife on our 50th Wedding Anniversary.

Visited to buy my wife some earrings for her birthday. Quite busy when we arrived, we had to wait for a while before being served but service was good, once we got there.

Watch does not keep time, and they will do anything to avoid a refund.

Right to repair (not true if not fit for purpose and returned within 30 days), not pristine (of course not, you're going to wear a watch you've been given).

Speaking to the manufacturer, there have been many returns for this watch. Other retailers have refunded as has the manufacturer for direct sales, but not F Hinds. I won't be using them again and will be off to trading standards.

Top quality customer service from the moment I’ve entered the shop. Thoroughly, explaining what I was buying and bought protection cover. Great service and I’ll use them again.
