F.Hinds the Jewellers

I was looking for a gift for my granddaughter who will be 13 on Friday. I had a vague idea of what might be suitable but nothing definite. The assistant who served me, Sonia H, was very helpful and very patient. I think we found the perfect gift and I left the store feeling very happy.

I have again had excellent help from the staff at F.Hinds, Bromsgrove today, 27th August, 2019. The replacement of a pin in my watch bracelet was completed very quickly. Then I was well served with a choice of rings in the price range of a gift card I had; once my choice was made, and my size confirmed, the assistant was able to find the correct size in another branch, so the order was placed. Despite some technical difficulties with inputting the necessary information to complete everything, (not their fault) all the staff were really helpful, and my ring will be ready to collect quite soon. Thank you so much!

Visited today on impulse. The staff were friendly and Covid precautions were well thought out. Review would have been 5 star only when asked if I was ok with e mail receipt I said yes but the receipt didn't arrive although the request for review did so the email address had gone in correctly Will have to visit again to get a receipt

I’ve tried to get a couple of watch straps mended at this shop only to be told it was either too difficult or it wasn’t worth their while for a “cheap watch.” I went to Merry Hill and got them both done as I watched the guy mend them in front of me in 5 minutes flat. Total cost £10. I won’t be returning to F Hinds.

Always love the service we get in the shop. All the staff here are amazing, but Jerry is so attentive to what you want. Nothing is too much trouble and the customer service is second to none. Well done to all the staff, thank you

Terrible attitude from the manager. I went into the shop to spendmy gemcheck i was made to feel like an inconvenience. He kept shaking his head saying he is too busy for this. I had the worst experience in this awful shop
